A generation ago the approach to Jewish education and experience was perhaps akin to "one size fits all". Across the entire communal spectrum, this method no longer inspires in the same way. 25 years of experience informs us that there are clearly multiple paths to Jewish engagement and diverse means of delivery. Ensuring Jewish futures demands that we strive to develop and provide opportunities that allow young jews to choose the path that best resonates with them.
